Qualificação do mix: Performance de novos
lojistas segue contribuindo para o crescimento
do indicador.
Vendas totais Portfolio Core ²: + 8,0% vs 3T18.
SSR: indicador apresentou crescimento de 7,6% no
3T19, ficando acima da média dos quatro últimos
anos e 4,3 p.p. acima do 3T18.
O resultado do indicador foi impulsionado
principalmente pelo desempenho de lojas de
vestuário, telefonia e alimentação.

SSS: 2,2% no 3T19, com destaque para crescimento
de âncoras (4,4%) e lojas satélites (2,8%),
principalmente impulsionados pelos segmentos de
telefonia, serviços e alimentação.
No 3T19, a região Centro-Oeste se destacou com um
crescimento de 5,7% nas vendas mesmas lojas,
seguido pela região Norte, com crescimento de 4,0%.

Principais destaques vs 3T18 Ex Vendas¹: Aluguel Mínimo (+7,6%), Aluguel
Percentual (+14,6%), Estacionamento (+10,0%) e Mall e Mídia (+27,5%).
A linha de Mídia apresentou crescimento de +61,4% vs 3T18 Ex Vendas¹,
impulsionada principalmente pela estratégia de mídia digital e aumento de
veiculações de mídia.

and, when excluded the divested assets¹
adjustment, total sales reduced by 4.0%.
Tenant mix optimization: performance of new
tenant continues to contribute to the growth of
this indicator.

SSR: the indicator grew by 7.6% in 3Q19, above the
average of the last four years and 4.3 p.p. above
3Q18.
Same store rent was mainly driven by the
performance of apparel, mobile phone operators and
food segments.

SSS: 2.2% in 3Q19, led by the growth of anchors
(4.4%) and satellite stores (2.8%), mainly driven by
mobile phone operators, services and food segments.
During 3Q19, the Midwest region stood as the
highlight of the quarter, with a 5.7% growth in same
store sales, followed by the Northern region, which
grew by 4.0%.

reduction when compared to 3Q18. This
improvement is due to a healthier tenant mix.

The improvement in the indicator was mainly
