Dear Messrs.: The student Carolina de Matos Monteiro made her first internship at Osiris Travel Agency, from July to August 2014. Her duties consisted of designing proposals for availability and reservations of land services; executing itineraries and preparing documentations for the Congress and Incentives groups and individual bookings, administrative tasks, market analysis and customer contacts in the area of religious tourism.
