– Linfoma de Hodgkin • Recaída pós-transplante autólogo ou • Recaída após pelo menos 2 tratamentos prévios,

– Linfoma anaplásico de grandes células

• Dose 1,8 mg/kg infusão de 30 min, 3/3 semanas
• Continuar até no máximo 16 ciclos, progressão ou toxicidade proibitiva
• Toxicidades: hematológica e neuropatia periférica
