GeneralprojectinformationTheportofPecémhasonepierwithtwoberthingplacesfortankervesselsdedicatedforthedischargeofLNGgasandadeliquefyingvessel.

The project entail the safe and environmental correct operations of deliquefying Cryogenic LNG gas on theproduction vessel as received from the supply vessel at the opposite berth. After deliquefying, the gas istransportedinashorepipelinetothegaspoweredenergyplants.

PartoftheprojectwillbeashorebasedbunkeringstationfortrucksofISOcontainerstakingtheLNGgasfromthepipeline.ThisshorebasedbunkeringstationwillbesituatedinsidetheindustrialareaofCIPP.

TheprojectpartnerneedstohaveexperienceandknowledgeinworkingwithliquidandCryogeniccargoesinportandindustrialsettings.Thisobjectiveofthisgeneralprojectbriefingistodeterminethisisthecase.

OportodePecémpossuiumpíercomdoislugaresdeatracaçãoparanavios-tanquededicadosàdescargadegásdeGNLeumaembarcaçãodedesliquefação.

The first flexible liquefiednatural gas (LNG) regasification terminal inBrazil, thePecémLNGTerminal has thecapacitytotransferupto7millioncubicmetersadayofNaturalGastoGASFOR,whichinturninterconnectstothreethermoelectricpowerplants,twoinCeará(TermofortalezaandTermoceará)andoneinRioGrandedoNorte(Termoaçu).

Whenthereisaneedtosupplythethermals,LNGisre-gasifiedandinjectedintoGASFOR,withthereversaloftheflowofNaturalGas to thePecém-Guamarédirection.On thatoccasion, theLNG flowreversalguarantees thesupplyoftheCEGÁS(Ceará)andPOTIGÁS(RioGrandedoNorte)concessionaires,inadditiontothethreethermalsalreadymentioned,whichisequivalenttoavolumeof6millionm³/day.

ThePecémLNGTerminalconsistsofashipanchoredinthePortofPecém,withacryogenictankthatstorestheNaturalGasinliquidform,attemperaturesbelow-160ºC.Thestoredvolumecorrespondsto80millionm³inthegaseousstate,equivalenttoacompressionofmorethan600timesitsliquidvolume,guaranteeingthesupplyofthethreethermalsandallothercustomersofCEGÁSandPOTIGAS,duringacontinuousperiodof16days.

Theanchoredvesselisconstantlysuppliedbyothervesselsintransit,bymeansofanetcargotransfer.ThecurrentoperatorPetrobrasacquiresLNGbytheinternationalmarket,withasupplylogisticsthatguaranteestheship'srechargefromaminimumliquidlevel.

Intheeventofdelaysinthesupplyoftheshipduetoapossiblefailureinmaritimetransportlogistics,thedispatchofthethermoelectricplantsisinterruptedinordertoguaranteetheconsumptionofCEGÁS'sothercustomers.Inthis case, CEGÁSmay be supplied either by the ship's residual gas or by theGASFOR normal flow gas in theGuamaré-Pecémdirection.

TerminaldeRegaseificaçãodeGásNaturalLiquefeito(GNL)doPecém

Primeiroterminalflexívelderegaseificaçãodegásnaturalliquefeito(GNL)noBrasil,oTerminaldeGNLdoPecémtemacapacidadedetransferiraté7milhõesdem³/diadeGásNaturalparaoGASFOR,queporsuavezseinterligaa três termoelétricas, sendo duas no Ceará (Termofortaleza e Termoceará) e uma no Rio Grande do Norte(Termoaçu).

Quandoháanecessidadedeabastecimentodastérmicas,oGNLéregaseificadoeinjetadonoGASFOR,havendoa inversãodofluxodeGásNaturalparaosentidoPecém-Guamaré.Nessaocasião,a inversãodofluxodeGNLgarante o abastecimento das concessionárias CEGÁS(Ceará) e POTIGÁS (Rio Grande do Norte), além das trêstérmicasjácitadas,oqueequivaleaumvolumede6millhõesdem³/dia.

OTerminaldeGNLdoPecémconsisteemumnavioancoradonoPortodoPecém,comumtanquecriogênicoquearmazenaoGásNaturalnaformalíquida,atemperaturasinferioresa-160ºC.

Ovolumearmazenadocorrespondea80milhõesdem³emestadogasoso,equivalenteaumacompressãodemaisde600vezesdoseuvolumelíquido,garantindooabastecimentodastrêstérmicasedetodososdemaisclientesdasCEGÁSePOTIGÁS,duranteumperíodocontínuode16dias.

Onavioancoradoéconstantementeabastecidoporoutrosnaviosemtrânsito,pormeiodeumatransferênciadecargalíquida.APetrobrasadquireoGNLpelomercadointernacional,comumalogísticadeabastecimentoquegarantearecargadonavioapartirdeumnívelmínimodelíquidos.

Naeminênciadaocorrênciadeatrasosnoabastecimentodonavio,devidoaumaeventualfalhanalogísticadetransportemarítimo, o despacho das termoelétricas é interrompido, a fim de garantir o consumodos demaisclientesdaCEGÁS.Nessecaso,aCEGÁStantopoderáserabastecidapelogásresidualdonavio,quantopelogásoriundodofluxonormaldoGASFORnosentidoGuamaré-Pecém.
