atualmente. Por essa razão, este projeto
pretende desenvolver estratégias de
leitura e compreensão de textos em
língua inglesa por meio das fábulas, aos
alunos do 7º ano do Ensino
Fundamental. Visto que, percebemos
em nossas escolas poucas práticas
pedagógicas que destacam essa área
com um envolvimento crítico para a
plena formação de leitores. O projeto
encontra-se fundamentado no
Interacionismo sociodiscursivo e serão
propostas atividades que contemplem a
leitura, a escrita e a oralidade,
realizadas por meio da sequência
didática. Os textos do gênero estudados
refletirão sobre valores na sociedade, o
conhecimento da diversidade linguística
e cultural com o objetivo de formar
leitores atuantes na sociedade em que
vivem.
PALAVRAS – CHAVE
Leitura, leitor, fábula, língua inglesa.
FORMATO DO MATERIAL DIDÁTICO
Unidade Didática
PÚBLICO ALVO
7º ano – Ensino Fundamental
(VYGOTSKY, 2010).

Activity 3 LET’S READ THE FABLE
The Bear and the Bees
an Aesop Fable
A bear came across a log where a swarm of bees had nested to make their honey.
As he snooped around, a single little bee flew out of the log to protect the swarm.
Knowing that the bear would eat all the honey, the little bee stung him sharply on the
nose and flew back into the log. This flew the bear into an angry rage. He swatted at
the log with his big claws, determined to destroy the nest of bees inside. This only
alerted the bees and quick as a wink, the entire swarm of bees flew out of the log and
began to sting the bear from head to heel. The bear saved himself by running to and
diving into the nearest pond.
It is better to bear a single injury in silence than to bring about a thousand by reacting
in anger.

ORIENTAÇÕES METODOLÓGICAS:
A presente Sequência Didática contempla atividades diversificadas a partir da
abordagem Sociointeracionista.
apresentadas a seguir.
Activity 1 – PRE-READING
as personagens.
Activity 2 – RESEARCH
Duração – 3 h/as
Activity 3 – LET’S READ THE FABLE
Duração -1 h/a
Activity 4 – TALKING ABOUT THE GENRE OF THE TEXT
Duração – 2 h/as
observar as características do gênero textual fábula.
Activity 5 – RECOGNIZING FABLES
Duração – 2 h/as
Solicitar a
Activity 6 – READING - Talking about the Text
Duração – 03 h/as
Activity 7 – WATCHING THE FABLE
Duração – 4 h/as
Orientações Metodológicas: Com a utilização do visual (vídeo), é possível
compreensão geral do texto e vocabulário.
Activity 8 – LET’S HAVE FUN
Duração – 2 h/as
exercício anterior (montagem do dicionário).
Activity 9 - DRAMATIZING FABLES
Duração – 4 h/as
sociedade.
Activity 10 – GRAMMAR – SIMPLE PAST TENSE
Duração – 4 h/as
Objetivo: Favorecer a prática discursiva lingüística, orientando a gramática e
propor o entendimento do tempo verbal simple past tense com exercícios diversos.
Promovendo assimilação e fixação do vocabulário novo, de forma a garantir o
engajamento discursivo do aluno.
Activity 11 – GRAMMAR – PRONOUNS
Duração – 1 h/as
Activity 12 – WRITING ACTIVITY
Duração – 4 h/as
