MTAB ARISTO- 6 axes articulated robotic arm
ARISTO is a 6 axis articulated robotic arm of industrial design, for
training and research and is manufactured to industrial standards. The
robot is capable of lifting up to 2.5kg of payload. The robot can be used
with pneumatic / electrical grippers. ARISTO has won the Defence
Technology Spin Off award from India Ministry of Defence. ARISTO has
3 servo axis each with 3 digital inputs and one output and additional 16
digital Inputs/Outputs.
ARISTO has ARISTO Simulation software that allows the user to learnrobot functions, applications and programming, both online and offline.
ARISTO can be integrated into an FMS/ CIM set up and controllable with
FMS/ CIM Software, including remote viewing of operations.

MTAB Automatic Storage and Retrieval System
MTAB Automatic Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) consists of 18
cells (6 rows x 3 columns). It is floor mounted. It consists of a
pneumatic arm that pushes and pulls the pallet from its cell. The
platform is traversed in X and Y axes by belts and AC servo motors.
It is controlled by a micro-controller. The ASRS is provided with a
teach box, (homing, jogging, teaching cell positions, auto andmanual execution of storage and retrieval system). The frame is
anodized aluminium profile. The X, Y, Z axes are fitted with LM
guides for smooth travel. The ASRS has a transfer station to
receive pallet from ASRS platform (or conveyor or Automatic
guided vehicle).
The transfer height is adjustable to the device being used. ASRS
emulates industrial storage and retrievable application.
The ASRS is FMS/ CIM integration ready

O Aristo um rob didtico que possibilita o aprendizado relativo movimentao simultnea deseus seis eixos utilizando uma linguagem de programao parecida com o C++. 5. Sistema de armazenamento automatizado de Material (ASRS)
Este sistema de tratamento automatizado de material com armazenagem e recuperao (ASRS) consisteem 18 clulas (6 linhas x 3 colunas) e forma um quadro com base no piso. Ele constitudo por um braopneumtico que empurra e puxa os palets a partir da sua clula de localizao. O quadro varrido noseixos X e Y por cintos e servo motores AC com o ajudo de um micro controlador. O ASRS fornecido comuma caixa de comandos, (homing, jogging, auto-aprendizado para posicionamento automatico e execuomanual de armazenamento/recuperao). O quadro de perfil de alumnio anodizado. Os eixos X, Y, Zesto equipados com guias lineares para deslocamento suave. O ASRS tem uma estao de transfernciapara receber palete que vem da plataforma (ou de transportador ou de veculo guiado automticamente). Aaltura de transferncia ajustvel para o dispositivo ser utilizado. O ASRS tem a funo de emular oarmazenamento e recupero de peas normalmente utilizadas em aplicao industriais.
6. Sistema de transporte linear de peas
O transportador linear usado para a transferncia de peas do ASRS para o torno e a freza emmovimentos de ida e volta. Os braos de carga / descarga do torno e do centro de usinagem pegam apea do palete do transportador linear, a usinam e depois a descarregam de volta no palete. Uma vez quetodas as operaes de usinagem so feitas, o transportador de transporte linear pode posicionar o paletepara armazenamento em ASRS. Estudantes pode fazer uso da presente kit para controlar o movimentolinear do palete em relao posio de referencia adquirindo a capacitao nas vrias aplicaesutilizando controle de posicionamentos com sensor.
