3.1.1 OS tubas desta Norma S&I designados pela forma e dimens&s de sua se&.
3.1.2 0s aqos utilizados na fabrica@ dos tubas s%o classificados pela 5ua corn_
posi$o quimica, conformc Tabela 1 do Anexo, tratamento L&rmica e propriedades -
meca^nicas.
3.1.2.1 OS tubas sao classificados em duas categorias:
a) tubas formados a frio, a partir de tiras laminadas a quente(FFBQ);
b) tubas formados a frio, a partir de tiras laminadas a frio (FFBF).
3 . 2 Frrbr%xz;-cr<:
3.2.1 OS tubas tom costura devem ser fabricados a partir de chapas laminadas de
aso e soldados por processo automatico de solda continua sem adiqao de material.
3.2.2 Tubas corn dimensoes e formas diferentes das indicadss nesta Norma podem
ser fabricados por acordo entre o comprador Ed fabricante.
3.3 :.;a tepia z
3.3.1 0 a$~ carbono empregado na fabrica$o destcs tubas deve ser obtido por um
dos seguintes processes:
a) Siemens-Martin;
b) bssico ao oxig&io;
c) forno eletrico.
3.3.2 OS a$os utilirados na fabricaqao dos tubas estao definidos na Tabela 1 do
Anexo, conforme pad&s da NBR 6006.
Na ordem de compra, Segundo esta Norma indicar:
a) ncmero desta Norma;
b) a quantidade pedida (metros, kmero de tubas ou qui logramas) ;
c$ grau do a$~;
d) forma de se@;
e) dimensoes da se$ao em mm;
f) espessura da parede em mm;
g) comprimento (fixo ou de fabricay$o em meLros);
h) acabamento da extremidade;
i) use a que Go destinados 05 tubas, a titulo informative;
j) estado Deb fornecimento dos tubas;
1) prote+o anti-corrosiva;
m) requisites adicionais ou exce@es a esta Norma.

A se$o transversal dos tubas deve ser uniforme can o formato esrabelecido na
ordem de compra.

OS tubas devem 5er retos confornie indicado em 3.7.9.

OS tubas de segao quadrada e retangular devem ter scus lados adjacentes forman-
do urn angulo reto conforme indicado em 3.7.6.

As dime~nsoes dos tubas desta Norma dcvem estar de acordo corn o determinado na
ordem de compra. As tolerancias devem estar de acordo corn as Tabelas 2, 3, 4 e
5, 'do Anexo.
3.7.1 ccqq ':!m % 0
05 tubas sao fornecidos nos seguintes comprimentos:
a) comprimento normal de fabrica$o de (6,00 + 0,lO) m; -
b) conprimentos m;ltiplos corn 05 respectivos acr&cimos para cortex prc -
vistas na ordem de compra e afastamentos, conforme Tabe~la 4. do Anexo;
c) comprimentos fixes espccificados na ordem de compra corn OS afastamen -
tos estabelecidos na Tabela 4, do Anexo.
3.7.2.1 As espessuras devcm ser a5 indicadas nas Tabelas 6, 7 Ed 8, do Anexo.
3.7.2.2 OS afastamcntos nas espessuras de parede devem ser 05 constantes da Ta-
bela 2, do Anexo.

Estas dimensks devem estar de acordo corn a ordem de compra e seu~ afastamentos
devem atender a Tabela 3, do Anexo.

3.7.4.1 Altura normal: tubos cuja altura interna do cord% de solda seja a me-
nor- entre a espessura da parede e 2,4 mm.

3.7.4.2~ Altura limitada: tubas cuja altura interna do cordao de solda seja no
maxim0 0,25 mm au 0,13 mm, conforme especificado na ordem de compra. Esta condi-
$0 6 apl icave a tubas corn dimensao externa superior a 28 mm.

3.7.5.1 OS tubas devem ter a massa teorica indicada nas Tabelas 6, 7 e 8, do
Anexo. No case de tubas de se& especial a massa teorica 6 calculada pela formu
la:

3.7.5.2 Nas diferengas entre as massas par metro real e teorica calculada, sao

Para 05 tubas de sc$ao quadrada e retangular 05 lados adjacentes podem desviar-
-se de mais ou mcnos dois graus do angulo reto.

Para 05 tubas de secao quadrada e retangular o raio externo de qualqucr dos can-
toe Go deve exceder de tres vezes a espessura da parede.

Entende-se por tor$ao o valor do deslocamento da aresta longitudinal do tuba em
rela~ao ao piano horizontal medido a 1 m de distancia de sua extremidade fixa.Pa -
ra os tubas de scgao quadrada e retangular, a variaq~ao do alinhame~nto axial da
sc$o do tubo tern coma valores &ximos admissiveis 05 estabelecidos na Tabela 5,
do Anexo.

3.7.9.1 OS tubas corn dimcnsao externa entre 9 mm e 15 mm nao tern garantia de
perfeita retilineidade, sendo verificado visualmente.

As embalagens, amarrados, cngradados e caixas devem canter em forma legivel as
seguintes caracteristicas:
a) numero desta Norma;
b) nome e marca do fabricante;
c) dimensoes externas do tubo, espessura da parcde e comprimento em mm;
d) massa dos tubos por embalagens em kg.

traq.Zo de cavacos 6 feita no semi-tuba, oposto a solda, de maneira que represen-
te toda a espessura da parede.
OS corpos de prow deem ter 100 MI de comprimento.
OS rorpos de prove devem ter 100 mm de comprimento.
b) a dire$ao da forga apl icada ao corpo de prova 6 normal ao piano dia-
metral que passa na linha de solda;
c) este ensaio SC realiza cm duas etapas. Na primeira etapa, CJ corpo de
prova I? achatado ate que a dista^ncia entre placas se~ja de 213 do dia - mentro externo, 60 devendo ocorrer trincas ou fraturas na solda. Na
segunda etapa achata-se o corpo de prova, at; que a disteincia entre
placas seja de l/3 do digmetro externo do tuba. Nesta etapa “so de-
van surgir trincas ou fraturas no mate~rial fora da regiao da solda.
,v~~cz: A distancia final cntre placas nao devc ser inferior a cinco ve~zes a es- pcssura da parede do tuba. Durante o ensaio nao deve~m ocorrer evid&cias - de esfol heanento, material queimado ou vestigios de escoria.
5.4.2.2 0 ensaio de alargamcnto se realira de acordo corn a NBR 6206 par meio
de urn cowz de expansao cuja geratriz seja de 30° ate que o diametro interno do
tubo expanda de 15F&, ~~ xm apresentar trincas ou fraturas.

6 ACEITACAO E REJEIC~O
6.1 Somente & accito o late que atender "OS ensaios todos OS requisites desta
Norma.
6.2 NO cam de reensaio, somente se aceita o late se todos 05 ensaios atenderem
aos rcquisitos desta Norma. Se algum reensaio n% cumprir COK o especificado, o
late dcve ser rcjeitado.
6.3 0 fabricante pode, a xu arbitrio, ensaiar cada tuba do late, aceitando to-
dos OS tubas que cumprirem corn 05 requisites estabelecidos.
