Integrated Water Jet OptionThe integrated water jet installation method provides a simple and extremely cost e�ective method for waterjet installation in hulls. A re-usable mould insert is used to form the intake duct surface allowing �exibility of duct design and waterjet integration.

Impeller TechnologyBased upon DOEN’s proven axial �ow, stainless steel casting impeller designs, the 200 series impeller con�guration results in higher thrust throughout the speed range and unrivalled cavitation resistance.

High Thrust PumpOptimally sized to best suit target engine/s power range and target vessel size and weight envelope. The axial �ow pump e�ciently converts input power into a high volume jet �ow delivering high thrust, more range and more payload with reduced fuel burn.

Fabricated Intake DuctThe 200 series water jets use a fabricated intake duct mounting system that is manufactured in aluminium or steel to suit the hull material. The duct is supplied as a complete machined part ready to weld in or bolt in for �berglass vessels - resulting in fast install times.

Split Duct Power Reverse The split duct-reversing bucket provides excellent high thrust reverse maneuver-ability. The balanced nozzle and split duct reverse bucket are operated by hydraulic cylinders mounted completely inboard. All hydraulic hose connections and position sensors inboard.

Thrustmaster DOEN 200 seriesConstructed using modular designs, no special tools required.

The 200 series water jets are made in theU.S. by Thrustmaster and are available in four model sizes ranging from 400kW to 2500kW to accommodate vessels from 15m up to 45m with stainless steel jets supported by a complete range of electronic controls with joystick docking.

Duplex stainless steel main shaftwith oil lubricated inboard thrustbearing assembly, water lubricatedrear bearing and face type shaft seal.Simple Thrustmaster DOEN taper lockcoupling system for both impeller and input coupling.

Pump Assembly

For maximum service life and extremeresistance to erosion and corrosion thepump assembley is manufactured from stainless steel materials - including theimpeller, impeller casing and dischargenozzle.

Steering & ReverseGet fast response from the duct reverse bucket operated by hydraulic cylinders mounted completely inboard. All hydraulichose connections and position sensors inboard.
