WARRANTY

The warranty period is two years covering all manufacturing defects, upon presentation of proof of purchase.

Not included in warranty products with incorrect handling, or which are damaged by poor or use other than the above.

The glasses are not covered by warranty unless the defect is a result of improper handling during transportation. In this case, it is essential to make the complaint before the twenty-four hours after receipt of damaged product, or it will not be accepted.

TRANSPORTATION

The price includes shipping cost to your destination, except for orders of magnitude less than seventy euros, should be considered in such cases, an increased rate of six euros.

RETURNS

We only accept returns of material previously authorized by our client managers. No returns will be accepted for custom products tailored measures.

Returned products must always be accompanied by a return note identifying the source document.

In case of product returns are accepted by causes beyond the standard Imenza, we'll refund their value deducted from the cost of shipping back and forth. In these cases, products must meet under appropriate conditions and in their original packaging.
