O regulador de presso ARES N um reguladorauto-operado com acionamento por alavanca,projetado para uso em aplicaes residenciais ecomerciais, bem como em sistemas dealimentao de queimadores e caldeiras de

pequeno porte.O projeto garante alta preciso para uma amplafaixa de presso de entrada e uma vedaototalmente estanque com baixa presso defechamento quando interrompido o consumo dogs.O regulador ARES N pode ser utilizado tanto emgs natural quanto GLP, ou ainda outros tipos degases no corrosivos e apresenta grandeversatilidade de utilizao quanto a posio de

montagem, podendo operar em posio vertical,horizontal e permitindo ainda, a montagem doalojamento do diafragma em qualquer ngulo emrelao ao corpo, conforme indicado na figuraabaixo.Devido a sua robustez e simplicidade, suamanuteno realizada de forma rpida e, comovantagem adicional, devido ao seu design top-entry, no necessria a retirada do corpo dalinha para inspeo do obturador, sede ou

diafragma.

The ARES N is a spring operated regulator withinternal lever to multiply the forces and overture. Itwas designed to apply at residential andcommercial installations or also for small burners

or small boilers.The design warrants high accuracy for a wide inletpressure band and zero leakage when the gasconsumption is closed at very low lock up.The ARES N regulator can be used such in naturalgas as LPG or even with other non corrosive gasesand it is very versatile concerning installationsince it is possible to install as such up as downsides or turn around in any better position.Due to its toughness and simplicity, the

maintenance is easy and simple because it is atop entry regulator; it is not necessary to takethe body out of line in case of internal changes.

O regulador ARES N fornecido com vlvula debloqueio por sobrepresso incorporada,constituda de um atuador com acoplamento por

colar de esferas (1) que monitora a presso desada. No caso de aumento da presso deoperao alm do limite definido, a bucha externado acoplamento de esferas (2) ser deslocada epermitir o movimento da haste central (3), quepressionar o obturador (4) contra a sede e, dessaforma liberado o sistema de bloqueio,interrompendo-se assim, o fluxo de gs. Aps orestabelecimento das condies normais detrabalho, necessrio que a vlvula seja rearmada.

Opcionalmente, o regulador ARES N pode serfornecido na verso sem vlvula de bloqueioincorporada.

The ARES N regulator is supplied with overpressure slam shut incorporated. The SSVactuator follows the principle of the stem withspheres collar (1) sensible to outlet pressure. Incase of outlet pressure increase, the external bush(2) will move up, allowing the spheres running outof channel and the main stem (3) moves to closethe valve (4) against seat, shutting down the gastotally tight. After reestablishing the normaloperations it is necessary the SSV valve bemanually reset again. Optionally, the ARES N

regulator can be supplied at the version without theshut-off valve built in.

O regulador ARES N conta tambm com umavlvula de alvio incorporada que permite queelevaes ocasionais da presso de sada acima dapresso de alvio, sejam liberadas gradativamente

para atmosfera, sem que ocorra o acionamento davlvula de bloqueio por ocorrncias, tais como:variaes bruscas de vazo, aumento de pressode fechamento por variao de temperatura, etc.

The ARES N regulator has also a relief valve builtin, allowing that cutting and down picks ofoccasionally over pressures above the setpressure, leaving the gas to the atmosphere,

avoiding the need of close the gas through theSSV; due to this very instantaneous picks ofpressure increase such as suddenly flow variationsor increase of lock up due to the temperaturevariations.

O princpio de operao desse regulador baseia-seno equilbrio de foras. A presso jusante a sercontrolada transmitida atravs da sede, no corpoda vlvula, para a parte inferior do diafragma, ondeexerce uma fora que ir se equilibrar com a foraexercida pela mola de regulagem.A fora da mola atua em sentido contrrio na partesuperior do diafragma, garantindo assim aestabilidade da presso a ser controlada.

The ARES N regulator operation is based on theforces in equilibrium. The outlet pressure iscontrolled under the diaphragm, which is

compensated by the direct control spring actuatedforces.The spring strength forces acts in the opposite wayover the diaphragm ensuring the set pressure pre-established.
