Abstract:ToreducethemechanicalsensitivityofRDXandimproveitsthermaldecompositionperformance,threekindsofRDX/Al/SiO2nanocompositeenergeticmaterialsofRDX/Almassfractionas30%,50% and70% respectively(themassratioofRDXtoAlis6∶1)werepreparedbysolgelmethodusingtetramethoxysilaneasprecursorandfluorineboricacidascatalyst.Theirmorphologyandstructurrewerecharacterizedbyscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),energydispersivespectrometer(EDS)andXraydiffraction(XRD).Thermalperformancesofthesampleswereinvestigatedbythermogravimetricanalysis(TG)anddifferentialscanningcalorimetry(DSC).ThemechanicalsensitivityofthesampleswasmeasuredaccordingtoGJB772A-1997method.TheresultsshowthattheRDX/Al/SiO2isthenanocompositeenergeticmaterialformedbytheAlandRDXintotheskeletonnofgelasSiO2.TheminimumparticlesizeofRDXincompositematerialis65.09nm,withincreasingtheRDXAlcontent,itsaverageparticlesizeincreases.WhenthemassfractionofRDXAlis30%,comparedwiththepureRDX,thedecompositiontemperatureofRDXinthecompositematerialdecreasesby22.4℃,comparedwiththerawmaterialRDX,thecharacteristicdropheight(H50)ofthesampleincreasesby108.6cmandthepercentageofexplosiondecreasesby60%.Keywords:solgelmethod;RDX;nanocompositeenergeticmaterial;thermaldecomposition;mechanicalsensitivityCLCnumber:TJ55;O65 Documentcode:A DOI:10.11943/j.issn.10069941.2017.08.007
