Tendo em vista a importncia e relevncia de uma Copa do Mundode Futebol, bem como, a magnitude de investimentos envolvidos, venhopor meio deste propor que sejam disputados todos os jogos necessrios

para que seja identificada, por mrito, a colocao final dos 32 times.

Tal, tem a premissa de garantir que durante TODO o perodo daCompetio ser mantido, em curso, o maior nmero de jogos possveis.

Ao trmino da Primeira Fase, so eliminados da competio 16 times,propomos que sejam processadas 2 oitavas-de-final, uma dos eliminados(32 at 17) e outra dos Vencedores (16 at 1).

Ao trmino das Oitavas-de-final so eliminados 8 times, propomos quesejam processadas 4 quartas-de-final (32 at 25), (24 at 17), (16 at

9) e (8 at 1)

Ao trmino das Quartas-de-final so eliminados 4 times, propomos quesejam processadas 8 Semi-finais (32/29), (28/25), (24/21), (20/17),(16/13), (12/9), (8/5) e (4/1)

Ao trmino das Semi-finais so eliminados 2 times, propomos que sejamprocessadas 16 finais (32/31), (30/29), .... (4/3) e (2/1).

Entendemos, que se assim for feito, a competio continuar paraTODOS os envolvidos at seu Trmino, bem como, permitir maiorusufruto das instalaes e recursos investidos, tanto pelo Pas Sede, bemcomo, pelo Torcedores que para l se deslocaram.

Alem claro de se evitar o vazio, o antigo, na ausncia defatos novos, em funo do declnio do nmero de jogos.
