For this, a passage between the two building was created , these buildings communicate through the ground floor and basement . The project has three floors and a basement , which was divided into : query and administration areas at the underground floor, integration area to the public on the ground floor and the main rooms of study and reading in the first and second floors. The interior has double foot height with glass closures , which ensures a naturally lit environment and overlooking to the outside.
