5. Publiclty

The Artist shall provide for the Promoter publicity materia I for tne promotlon of the concert(s) as requlred Iimited to biographical information and appropriate images and press quotes.

The ARTIST shall use best endeavours to be available ror press interviews and other such PR activities in relatlon to the event and with reasonable advance noti ce

The Promoter is respons ible for the promotlon of the concert

6. Fee / Payment

The fee payable to the Artlst will be: EURO C2,OOO (two thousand euros) netto

Fee includes artistic fees only.

Fee payable net of taxes and deductions.

Insurance premiums and social securlty contributions will be covered for by the Artist.

7. Travel & Transportation

As arranged and paid for by Orchestra Philharmonic Akademik Baskent

8. Accommodation


9. Payment Schedule

The fee and any expenses shall be paid by bank transfer (ne t of bank charges) to the Artist by 31 March 2015 and upon presentation of the originai lnvoìce.

10. Broadcast

The concert(s) shall not be recorded or broadcast in any way without prior arrangement and separately agreed with the Artist. Permission shall not be unreasonable withheld .

11. Complimentary Tickets


12. Insurance

The Artist will be responsible for personal travel and health insurance for his/her person.

13. Cancellation / Force Majeure

Force Majeure is understood hereby as an unforeseen event or situation, independent of the Parties, emerging or taking piace after the conclusion of the Contraet that shall hinder or make impossible the execution of the liabilities proceeding from the Contraet. The Party is under the obligation to issue immediate written notice about the force majeure situatlon to the other Party. Under such conditions each party will be released from their ob ligations as detailed in this agreement.

14. I.egal Requirements

Both parties agree that this Agreement shall be governed by the Law of Turkey and shall be subject to the nonexcluslve jurisdietion of the Court of Session in Ankara.

Il Promotore è responsabile per la promozione del concerto 6. Fee I Pagamento La quota da versare per l'Artista sarà: EURO 2.000 € (2.000 €) netto La quota comprende solo le tasse artistiche. Costo al netto da pagare delle imposte e detrazioni. Premi assicurativi e contributi previdenziali saranno coperti dall'Artista. 7. Viaggi e Trasporti Come organizzato e pagato da Orchestra Filarmonica Akademik Baskent 8. Alloggio Come organizzato e pagato da Orchestra Filarmonica Akademik Baskent 9. Pagamento Il fee e tutte le spese sono pagate tramite bonifico bancario (al netto delle spese bancarie) all'Artista entro il 31 MARZO 2015 e dietro presentazione della fattura originale. 10. Broadcast Il concerto, non deve essere registrato o trasmesso in nessun modo senza previo accordo e con accordi separati con l'Artista. Il permesso non sarà irragionevolmente negato. 11. Biglietti omaggio Come organizzato e pagato da Orchestra Filarmonica Akademik Baskent 12. Assicurazione L'artista sarà responsabile per viaggi personali e l'assicurazione sanitaria per il suo 1 la sua persona. 13. Cancellazione I Forza Maggiore

Forza Maggiore si intende con la presente come un evento imprevisto o una situazione, indipendente dalle parti, che emerge o che avviene dopo la conclusione del contratto che dovrà ostacolare o rendere impossibile l'esecuzione di quanto previsto dal Contratto. La parte ha l'obbligo di produrre immediata comunicazione scritta all'altra parte circa la situazione di forza maggiore. In tali condizioni ciascuna parte sarà esentata dai loro obblighi, come specificato nel presente accordo. 14. Requisiti Legali Entrambe le parti convengono che il presente accordo è regolato dalla legge della Turchia ed è soggetto alla non esclusiva competenza della Court di Ankara. L'Ambasciata è tenuta a pubblicare sul suo sito web, non solo le informazioni riguardanti l'Ambasciata e relative al presente accordo, ma anche le informazioni riguardanti il soggetto del pagamento, l'importo totale trasferito, il beneficiario, eventuale numero di codice fiscale I partita IVA del beneficiario, creando un collegamento per visualizzare l'accordo in pdf, ai sensi del D.Lgs n. 33/2013.
