III. EVALUATION SYSTEM
We carry out an ongoing assessment as from the first day of classes. The
minimum passing grade is 80, and the maximum, 100. This grade will be
obtained by getting the average of the partial grades considering the following
aspects:
Objectives
Equivalent to 50% of the final grade. It evaluates the capability to use the
language in relation to the course teaching objectives, that you can check at
our web page (Student’s Intranet).
Autonomous Learning Equivalent to 15% of the final grade. It corresponds to an individual and/
or group project or assignment that shows further learning to what was
achieved in class.
Reading Comprehension
Equivalent to 10% of the final grade. It corresponds to a list of questions
based on some of the course reading excerpts.
Final Written Exam
Equivalent to 15% of the final grade. In the Daily Regular Program, it will be
taken two days before the end of classes; in the Daily Accelerated, Saturday
Regular and Sunday Regular Programs, it will be taken a day before the
end of classes; and in the Saturday Accelerated and Sunday Accelerated
Programs, it will be taken on the last day of classes.
Final Oral Exam
Equivalent to 10% of the final grade. It will be taken on the last day of classes.
If you wish, you can check the final grades of your last three courses in the
Student’s Intranet at www.icpna.edu.pe

Scholarship Opportunity
Regular daily program students who have failed B01 and I01 can take advantage
of a special opportunity to get a scholarship to retake these courses.
To apply for this scholarship, you just need to pay for the scholarship fee since the
students will use the same material from the previous course.
You can enjoy this benefit in two opportunities. It cannot be given to students with
scholarships since by failing, they automatically lose it, or to those studying with
an agreement discount.
For further information, please go to the Administrative Services area of yourbranch.
