QUANDO USAMOS O “HAVE GOT”

- Para falar sobre nossas posses em qualquer contexto (familiar,

escolar, material, etc.)

HAVE GOT + SCHOOL OBJECTS

Exemplos:

a) I have got a pen.

b) You’ve got a book.

c) They haven’t got a pencil sharpener.

d) Have you got a cutter?

e) She has got a blue pen.

f) Has he got na English book?

g) Has the dog got a house?

h) He’s got a diary.

FORMA AFIRMATIVA- Usa – se o sujeito + Have got/ Has got + nome do objeto

que se possui.

- Usamos “Have got” após I/ You/ We/ They ;

Exemplos: I have got a book.

- Usamos “Has got” após He/ She/ It (3ª pessoa do singular)

ABREVIAÇÕES: Usa-se ‘ve got para I / you/ we/ they

Usa-se ‘s got para He/ She/ It

Exemplos:

a) I have got a highlighter = I’ve got a highlighter

b) She has got a cryon = She’s got a cryon

FORMA NEGATIVA

- Acrescenta-se “NOT” ao verbo principal “Have”

Exemplos:

a) I have not got a book = I haven’t got a book

b) She has not got a pen = She hasn’t got a pen.

ABREVIAÇÕES

- Have not : haven’t

- Has not: hasn’t (3ª pessoa do singular: he/ she/ it)

Observação: As formas abreviadas são utilizadas na oralidade e a forma completa na escrita.

FORMA INTERROGATIVA

- Usamos os auxiliares “Have/ Has antes do sujeito e em seguida a partícula “got”.

Exemplos:

Have you got a pen?

Has she got a book?

Have they got French books?

Has it got a house?

RESPOSTAS CURTAS (SHORT ANSWERS)

- Usa-se YES + sujeito + ave/has (Respostas afirmativas)

- Usa-se No + sujeito + haven’t/ hasn’t (Respostas negativas)

Exemplos:

- Have you got a pen? Yes, I have/ No, I haven’t

- Has he got a pencil? Yes, she has/ No, she hasn’t.

- Have they got books? Yes, they have/ No, They haven’t

- Have you got schoolbags? Yes, we have/ No, we haven’t

Observação: O pronome “you” pode ser usado tanto para o singular como no plural significando você/ vocês.
