Social skills and competences Team Work:

As a member of Internal and Profesionalism Division in Urban and Regional Planning Student Association (HMP PANGRIPTALOKA ITB), teamwork was vital when arranging events which held to implement the division’s strategic programmes.

As a member of “Menyapa Indonesia” Community Development Project of Persiapan Keberangkatan (PK/Batch) 39 Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan (LPDP), I learned to cooperate with my peers from many multidiscipline and different backgrounds.

As a member of Internal Division of Persatuan Pelajar Indonesia (Indonesian Students Association/PPI) Rotterdam and a committee of ONE-INDO events (Research Group Discussion, Pitch talk Competition, and Cultural Night), has enriched my organizational experiences and hosting events while studying abroad.

My experience as a part of research project team involved working with team leader and other expertise on conducting research project. To have work well with the team required considerable understanding of each other’s work and co-operation to work towards and achieve joint goals

I could work under pressure and due to time frame in every project that I working on. Each event that need to be held, should be done within a specific period and it always done completely with good result.

Communication:

I had become part of 8EH ITB Radio Station which I as an announcer and scriptwriter therefore I should have a friendly personality and be able to communicate with various people.

Organisational skills and competences Leadership :

I was finance manager for Community Service Program – Cader Orientation of HMP PL ITB in 2007;

I was coordinator of Medic Division for Planosphere 5 Event held by Urban and Regional Planning Student Association (HMP PL ITB) in 2008;

I had been the household & administration manager for 8EH ITB Radio Station in 2007-2008. I held numerous responsibilities, managing the household resources, and managing administrational matters in organization.

I have a good experience as a project coordinator in PT. Studio Cilaki Empat Lima Development Consultant, with the task of managing the project to run effectively in any administration and substantial aspects, and to maintain coordination among the team.
