APRESENTAOPRESENTATIONA Mega Apoio uma indstria metalrgica que, ao longo dos anos, especializou-se na produo de ferragens pr-fabricadas para aplicaes em obras de instalaes eltricas, telefnicas, dados, sinais, instrumentao e outros sistemas que utilizem fios e cabos como meios de conduo. Nossos produtos so indicados principalmente em construes, reformas ou ampliaes de unidades industriais e comerciais tais como: indstrias de pequeno e grande porte de todos os ramos, shopping centers, hospitais, teatros, casas de show, centro de convenes, lojas, grandes edifcios residenciais e comerciais, concessionrias de energia eltrica, telefnica, etc. Produzimos os materiais com os mais modernos conceitos em caminhamentos mecnicos para passagem de fios e cabos, os quais substituem com vantagens os tubos, condutes ou eletrodutos que, muitas vezes, por falta de informao, costume ou desconhecimento dos nossos produtos, so largamente utilizados nas instalaes eletromecnicas em nosso pas. Citamos a seguir, algumas vantagens obtidas na substituio de eletrodutos por sistemas de ferragens eletromecnicas prfabricadas: Mega Apoio is a metallurgic company which, overtime, has become specialized for the manufacturing of pre-manufactured metalwork for application on electric, telephone, data, signal, instrument utility work, as well as other systems using wires and cables as means of conduction. Our products are mainly indicated for buildings, reforms, or expansions of industrial and commercial facilities, such as: smalland large-sized companies of the whole activities, shopping malls, hospitals, theaters, clubs, convention centers, stores, large residential and commercial buildings, electric power concessionaries, telephone concessionaries, etc. We produce the materials featuring the most up-to-date concepts on mechanical routing for the passage of wires and cables, which profitably supersede the pipes, conduits or electro ducts which are largely used at the electro-mechanic facilities in Brazil at many times, due to the lack of information, habit or knowledge. OBSERVAES TCNICAS PARA CANALETASTECHNICAL NOTES FOR CHANNELSPara fixao das juntas retas (MG 2505) e L (MG 2564), que unem trechos retos entre si, utilizar em cada uma 4(quatro) jogos de parafusos cabea lentilha 3/8x3/4 (MG 2584-53/4), porcas sextavadas 3/8 (MG2577-5) e arruelas lisas 3/8 (MG 2575-5). Como alternativa podem ser utilizados parafusos com cabea lentilha auto travante 5/16x3/4 (MG 2580-4-3/4) com porcas e arruelas 5/16. Em locais sujeitos a vibraes mecnicas, recomendamos usar arruelas de presso 3/8 (MG 2576-5) ou 5/16 (MG 2576-4). Para fixao das juntas internas T (MG 2565) e X (MG 2566) proceder conforme descrito acima, com a quantidade adequada de parafusos. ATENO: Recomendamos instalar os parafusos com as cabeas voltadas para o interior das canaletas para evitar danos aos fios e cabos durante o lanamento e ganhar espao interno. For placement of the straight (MG 2505) and L (MG 2564) joints, which connect straight sections between each other, use on each 4 (four) sets of lentil head bolt 3/8x3/4 (MG 2584-5-3/4), hexagonal nut 3/8 (MG2577-5) and plain washers 3/8 (MG 2575-5). Alternatively, it may be used self lock bolt 5/16x3/4 (MG 2580-4-3/4), hexagonal nuts and washers 5/16. In places subject to mechanical vibrations, we recommend the use of 3/8 (MG 2576-5) or 5/16 (MG 2576-4) pressure washers. For placement of the T (MG 2565) and X (MG 2566) internal joints proceed as described above, with the appropriate number of screws. ATTENTION: we recommend installing the screws with the heads turned to the channels interior to avoid damages to threads and cables during the deployment and to increase internal space. SUPERFICIAL FINISHES: Always add to reference ends the desired surface or material finish type: GFC pre galvanized steel according to NBR 7008 F hot dip galvanized according NBR 6323 A aluminum T stainless steel AISI 430 Q stainless steel AISI 304 D stainless steel AISI 316 K stainless steel AISI 316L P painted ATTENTION: Specifications without indication of surface treatment shall be considered as pre galvanized steel according to NBR 7008 (GFC). SPECIFICATIONS: CHANNELS: Always indicate the dimensions (38x38 or 38x19 mm), if punched or smooth, surface finish and length of pieces (3000 or 6000 mm). ExAMPLE: MG 2650-P-4-6000-F, 38x38 mm smooth channel, hot dip galvanized according NBR 6323, in pieces of 6000 mm. (see page 6) ATTENTION: In case of lack of information on channel specifications, we will consider as 38x38 mm, punched, pre galvanized steel according to NBR 7008 in pieces of 6000 mm. ACCESSORIES: Indicate references and type of desired surface finish. ExAMPLE: MG 2505-F, straight internal joint for 38x38 channel hot dip galvanized acording NBR 6323. ExEMPLo: MG 2510-U-4-300-50-60-GFC-CTN, curva horizontal 90 perfurada, #14, largura 300, aba 50, pr-galvanizada a quente, dobra U, com tampa normal de raio de 172. Tampas de presso (CTP) MG 850 s se aplicam em eletrocalhas com dobra C (nos trechos retos, pois no se aplicam aos trechos curvos). Em casos especiais as tampas normais (MG 2084) podero ser fornecidas aparafusadas (CTA), sendo as eletrocalhas com dobra normal U e aparafusadas lateralmente. Descrio das tampas: CTN eletrocalha com tampa normal CTP eletrocalha com tampa de presso CTA eletrocalha com tampa aparafusada DIVISORES: Caso necessite dividir um ou mais circuitos, ou sistemas de alimentao, ou distribuio na mesma eletrocalha, utilizar divisores MG 2520 (perfuradas) ou MG 2132 (lisas), indicando sempre a altura das abas das eletrocalhas. Para fixao das junes integrais MG 2770 recomendamos o procedimento acima, sendo que alm dos parafusos laterais, utilizar parafusos no fundo das eletrocalhas, cuja quantidade fica a critrio do projetista de acordo com a largura. Todas as junes devem ser instaladas pelo lado interno das eletrocalhas. Recomendamos utilizar os parafusos que fixam as junes com as cabeas voltadas para o interior das eletrocalhas, para evitar danos aos fios e cabos durante o lanamento. ACABAMEnTOS SUPERFICIAIS: Acrescentar sempre ao trmino das referncias o tipo de acabamento superficial ou material desejado: GFC pr-galvanizado a quente - padro CSN conf. ESPECIFICAES: Especificar sempre o tipo de eletrocalha (perfurada ou lisa), a largura (A), aba (B), o tipo de tratamento superficial e o tipo de dobra U ou C e, quando for o caso, o raio de curvatura. ExEMPLo: MG 2000-U-4-200-100-F-CTN: 2000 (calha perfurada), U (dobra U), 4 (#14/2,00mm - vide pg. 6), 200 (largura), 100 (aba), F (ps-galvanizada conf. NBR 6323), com tampa normal. MG 510-C-4-100-75-43-F-CTA: 510 (curva horizonta lisa), C (dobra C), 4 (#14/2,00mm - vide pg. 6), 100 (largura), 75 (aba), 43 (4=ngulo de 60 e 3=raio segmentado de 300mm*), F (ps-galvanizada conf. NBR 6323), com tampa aparafusada. Raio segmentado de 300mm. Ateno: Caso no seja especificado o raio de curvatura, este ser considerado como normal de 172. SEgURAnA: Para efeito de segurana e alinhamento recomendamos sempre fixar as eletrocalhas aos suportes, conforme figuras pg. 13 e aterrar todo o sistema de eletrocalhas. Description of covers: CTN cable trays channel with regular cover CTP cable trays channel with pressure cover CTA cable trays channel with screwed cover DIVIDERS: In case you need to divide one or more circuits, or feed systems, or distribution in the same cable trays channel, use MG 2520 (punched) or MG 2132 (smooth) dividers, always indicating the height of the cable trays channel beams. JOINTS: For placement of single MG 2760 joints connecting straight sections between each other and punched or smooth bent sections, use in each joint 4 (four) sets of lentil head bolt 1/4x5/8 (MG 2584-1) screws, hexagonal nuts 1/4 (MG 2577-3) and plain washers 1/4 (MG 2575-3) . In locations subject to mechanical vibrations we recommend lock washers 1/4 (MG 2576-3). For fixation of the MG 2770 telescopic splice, we recommend the procedure above, considering that in addition to the side screws, use screws in the cable trays channel bottom, the amount of which is at the designer discretion as per the width. All joints must be set up through the internal side of the cable trays channel. We recommend the use of screws fixing the joints with the heads turned to the cable trays channel interior, to avoid damages to threads and cables during the deployment. SPECIFICATIONS: Always specify the cable trays channel perforated or single type, width (A), beam (B), surface treatment type and folding U or C type, and when applicable the bending radius. ExAMPLE: MG 2000-U-4-200-100-F-CTN: 2000 (perforated cable tray), U (U type), 4 (MSG 14 - 2,00mm - see page 6), 200 (width), 100 (beam), F (hot dip galvanized according NBR 6323), with insert cover. MG 510-C-4-100-75-43-F-CTA: 510 (single horizontal bend), C (C type), 4 (MSG 14 - 2,00mm - see page 6), 100 (width), 75 (beam), 43 (4=angle of 60 and 3=segmented radius of 300mm*), F (hot dip galvanized according NBR 6323), with screwed cover. Attention: In case of bending radius is not specified, it shall be considered as 172 regular. No folding indication, it shall be considered U bending. SECURITY: For lining up and safety purposes we always recommend fixing the electric channels to the brackets, in accordance to figures p. 13 and grounding the entire electric channel system. ATTENTIoN: We manufacture other types of electric channels and fittings distinct from the ones hereinto, upon consultation, drawing or other specifications.
